Position Overview:

• Role: Physician at SteadyMD
• Location: Fully Remote
• Schedule: Must be able to provide a minimum 10 hours/week of availability within the operating hours of 7am-7pm CST, Monday through Friday
• Compensation: Hourly rates of $112/hour - $120/hour

Requirements

• Board certified and in possession of a valid DEA certification
• At least 2 years post-graduate independent practice
• Comfort with technology, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience strongly preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Interpret lab values and conduct scheduled remote consultation visits with patients
• Request further diagnostic tests as necessary based on patient outcomes or requirements
• Evaluation of patient’s medical history, physical findings and diagnostic/laboratory data
• Initiate and prescribe drug therapies, diet/exercise therapies, topical and systemic therapies. Must be comfortable and licensed to prescribe hormone replacement therapies, when clinically appropriate
• Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender
• Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and providers
• Collaborate with other SteadyMD clinicians
