About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then, we have grown to operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. We are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

What will you do?

• Identify, drive and maintain the Partnerships with leading global and local physicians associations
• Travel globally to meet with potential partners, present at conferences, and educate residents, physicians and hospital management about AMBOSS as a tool for making better clinical decisions and prepare for residency exams.
• Gain a deep understanding of the local professional healthcare market, important players (associations, hospitals, hospital administrators, resident physicians) and create a strong AMBOSS network within a given market/country.

What you bring:

• A university degree in Medicine, healthcare management, international relations, education or business management (Medical Degree is preferred)
• Willingness to travel globally (40%)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience organizing or partnering with professional associations, organizations and multiple stakeholders. Ideally, physician’s associations
• A hands-on mentality, willingness to get your hands dirty, focus on solving problems and always finding a way to make things work
• An entrepreneurial mindset that is at ease with ambiguity
• Good communication skills - both verbally and in writing fworkor internal and external communication (e.g. formally approaching hospitals and physicians societies for corporations, approaching graduating students and young physicians for special Amboss deals etc.)
• Very good presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building, collaborating, and networking skills.
• Diplomacy in conflict management with the ability to negotiate and find common ground
• Fluency in English
