The Primary Care Physician's Assistant will provide high quality primary medical care, diagnostic and therapeutic care and service, referring consultations for specialty care, and education and preventive care advice to all patients served. The Provider performance will be tracked and comparatively reported using metrics related to the strategic direction and operational needs of the organization. Works closely with physicians and other clinicians in a team approach to patient care. May specialize in a specific type of clinical care, e.g., family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics.
